Yorkshire Pud
Ingredients

200 ml milk
-
200 ml plain flour
-
4 eggs
-
pinch of salt
-
pinch of english mustard powder
-
sunflour oil
How to cook
-
​Add flour to a bowl​​

Beat in eggs until smooth
-
Gradually add milk and continue to beat until lump-free
-
Add salt and pepper and mustard powder
-
refrigerate for 20 min
-
Oven at 210 oC
-
Put oil into the bottom of muffin or baking tin
-
Place tin in oven to heat through
-
Take tin out of oven and quickly add the batter (should sizzle)
-
Put in oven for 20 - 25 mins or until brown (don't open the oven door!)
