The University of Manchester is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the 2019 UK PET Chemistry meeting. The event is an excellent opportunity to hear about and present the latest developments in PET radiochemistry research.  Abstract submission is open and in particular we would like to encourage our early career researchers to present their work.

The one day event will be held on Monday 9th September 2019 at the Michael Smith Building.

​

The venue is located on the

University of Manchester main

campus and is easily accessible

by road, rail and air with a range

of accommodation located nearby.

 

If delegates wish to extend their stay

to visit Manchester, the city offers a

large selection of entertainment,

museums, restaurants and shops to

explore. The city is also famous for

sport and the 4th test of the 2019

Ashes series will be held at the

nearby Old Trafford cricket ground

from the 4th-8th September 2019.

​

The meeting will focus on presentations by students and postdoctoral staff but will also include a poster session, flash presentations and discussion topics. Fees will be £25 for students and £55 for other delegates.
